There are tools that consolidate studies like this, one of them is the comparative method using dispersion analysis that was used in this research when working with the School Adventurers application, which is one of the objects of study, with which the inferences agent called Fuzzylite was analyzed. The case study was a good option for the research when analyzing the inference methods modeled in the app and making a comparison with the MatLab® Fuzzy Toolbox, so the objective of the present research is to analyze the two mentioned tools and point out which one had the best performance using the same Fuzzy modeling. Through the dispersion analysis it was possible to identify a better result for the model used in Fuzzylite. The objective is to apply the NARX model to forecast wind speed in the short term and consequently the generation of wind energy. In the materials and methods, the database of the SONDA project (System of National Organization of Environmental Data) organized by INPE (National Institute for Space Research) was used, in which it was decided to use the anemometric data of the Brasília station - BRB, where data from February 2005 to March 2019 were used for validation training and testing of the model developed. Bearing in mind that the power generation industry has a high maintenance rate with machines and / or electric generators stopped, this research aims to develop a computational model for predicting the Reliability Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to identify how available the equipment will be in a time span of 22 days, for this the methodology to be used will be based on analyzes and tests of artificial neural network (ANN) architectures using the Bayesian Regularizers training algorithm, alternating the transfer functions in the layers hidden to find the best state of convergence and the minimum Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) value calculated between the real and simulated outputs. According to the results obtained by the training, validation and test steps, the algorithm presented a RMSE rate of 0.0000104202 and a 99.9% correlation between the real and simulated values, thus the model is able to identify which machine will have the greatest efficiency and less efficiency within the defined time span. During this process, project failures and design problems are often detected. In this context, this paper aims to scientifically explore the events that occurred during the implementation of a new LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) monitor product, where its functionality, appearance, quality, and cost are considered satisfactory; however, its design has a negative impact on the mass production process and presents a great need for improvement. The study then sought to understand the causes of the problem and apply some solutions, especially for the biggest defect found in the project: infiltration of adhesive inside the joystick button actuation mechanism. The applied methodology used quality tools (PDCA, Ishikawa and Kaizen) and parameters from Fuzzy logic tools (linguistic variables, fuzzyfication, Inference rules and defuzzification). As a final result, the organization obtained several benefits, such as reducing the defect rate from 20% to 3%, reducing costs with spare parts and repair service, and increasing quality and productivity indicators. The evolution of machinery and equipment has caused several disorders in occupational health at work. Therefore, it is extremely important to make a comprehensive reading of the workstations and ergonomic analysis tools. The objective of the article is to make an application of the technological resources of fuzzy logic in the results found in the Ergonomic Analysis of Work (AET) in seven jobs in the automotive industry of the Industrial Pole of Manaus (PIM). The methodology applied is based on the application of ergonomic tools using Suzanne Rodgers`method and on the mathematical models characterized by Fuzzy Inference for decision making on various disorders that occur with the health of the employee. The results found in the ergonomic tool ‘’Suzanne Rodgers’’ applied to the movement of upper and lower limbs and other observations in the productive sectors, with the application of Fuzzy Logic, it was shown that the linguistic variables by colors, the legend that shows the classification of ergonomic risks through run. 7	SYSTEM FOR ANALYSIS, SIMULATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN THE AIR CONDITIONING MANUFACTURING PROCESS Diego Alexandre de Lima Castro;Jandecy Cabral Leite	Turma 1	2022	SYSTEM FOR ANALYSIS, SIMULATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN THE AIR CONDITIONING MANUFACTURING PROCESS Resumo This work contains proposals for improvements in an assembly line of air conditioners in a factory located in the Industrial Pole of Manaus, in which the entire production process is described, as well as the presentation of its current plant. Factors that hinder the production process of the line were evaluated in order to promote improvements in the production capacity added to quality, efficiency and reduction of waste. To achieve the improvements, documentary records of the line made available by the company were used. In addition, simulation tools (Plant Simulation) were used to search for possible bottlenecks in order to correct them, as well as plan for future improvement points. In this, problems of quality, ergonomics, low quality, among other obstacles were identified. The project enabled solutions to improve processes that, consequently, will increase quality, efficiency and productivity. The advantage of the new layout is to obtain a new sustainable competitive advantage for the company. The model enables better training of employees in the use of automated tools. This is beneficial as employees will have access to product and process technologies that were previously restricted. Para esta pesquisa foi adotada a metodologia ProKnow-C, possibilitando a escolha de artigos de forma mais assertiva, rigorosa e específica, eliminando redundâncias e subjetividades, pesquisando artigos nas bases Scopus e Web of Science. O objetivo deste artigo é analisar o estado da arte sobre PRV e suas variantes, e as principais abordagens metodológicas utilizadas, no contexto da logística de distribuição. Foram selecionados um total de 114 artigos alinhados com o tema, demostrando que existe uma vasta literatura sobre roteirização de veículos. But, in return, the developing countries, as the emergent Brazil, seem like to have a long way to achieve digital era. Considering manufacturing processes as the starting point the rise of industry 4.0, this research aims to show a review about the most important technologies used in smart manufacturing, including the main challenges to implement it at Brazil. The papers were collected from Web of Science (WoS), comprising 114 articles and 2 books to underpin this study. This exploratory research resulted in the presentation of some challenges faced by Brazilian industry to join the new industrial era, such as poor technological infrastructure, besides lack of investment in technologies and training of qualified people. Even though the primary motivation of this research was to present a panorama of smart manufacturing for Brazil, this study results contributes to the most of emergent countries, bringing together general concepts and addressing practical applications developed by several researchers from the international academic community. 10	ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORKS FOR PREDICTING THE GENETATION OF ACETALDEHYDE IN PET RESIN IN THE PROCESS OF INJECTION OF PLASTIC PACKAGES Mauro Reis Nascimento;David Barbosa de Alencar;Manoel Henrique Reis Nascimento	Turma 1	2020	ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORKS FOR PREDICTING THE GENETATION OF ACETALDEHYDE IN PET RESIN IN THE PROCESS OF INJECTION OF PLASTIC PACKAGES Resumo The industrial production of preforms for the manufacture of PET bottles, during the plastic injection process, is essential to regulate the drying temperature of the PET resin, to control the generation of Acetaldehyde (ACH), which alters the flavor of carbonated or non-carbonated drinks, giving the drink a citrus flavor and putting in doubt the quality of packaged products. In this work, an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) of the Backpropagation type (Cascadeforwardnet) is specified to support the decisionmaking process in controlling the ideal drying temperature of the PET resin, allowing specialists to make the necessary temperature regulation decisions for the best performance by decreasing ACH levels. The materials and methods were applied according to the manufacturer's characteristics on the moisture in the PET resin grain, which may contain between 50 ppm and 100 ppm of ACH. Data were collected for the method analysis, according to temperatures and residence times used in the blow injection process in the manufacture of the bottle preform, the generation of ACH from the PET bottle after solid postcondensation stage reached residual ACH levels below (3-4) ppm, according to the desired specification, reaching levels below 1 ppm. The results found through the Computational Intelligence (IC) techniques applied by the ANNs, where they allowed the prediction of the ACH levels generated in the plastic injection process of the bottle packaging preform, allowing an effective management of the parameters of production, assisting in strategic decision making regarding the use of temperature control during the drying process of PET resin. Resumo Inventory management is a practice of fundamental importance for the success of companies in the most varied segments. Companies that operate with low levels of profitability depend on efficient inventory management, under penalty of losing competitiveness. Efficient inventory maintenance is not characterized by the existence of large batches of products for prompt customer service or, on the contrary, by the lack of inventories in an attempt to minimize maintenance costs. Inventories must be managed in a balanced way to ensure an adequate level of service to customers and generate profits. This work aimed to develop a Fuzzy model for stock management of an organization, to reduce the lack of material in stock, resulting from the "lead time". The work is justified by the importance of having a management monitoring the control of inventory costs, which includes the expenses resulting from the lack of items, the costs related to the replacement of the stock, and the expenses of a stopped stock. To accomplish this, it was necessary to map the Material Purchasing Process and thus identify which were the most significant variables in inventory management. The use of Fuzzy Logic, idealized for a model like this, is to reach an inventory level close to zero, immediately before physical replacement, thus minimizing unnecessary costs. Therefore, experimental research aims to manipulate and control the research variables. The application of the developed model shows that the evaluation of Inventory Management through the Need for Replacement of Input and Type of Transport to be used through the fuzzy methodology proved to be viable to assist the desired observations, allowing to understand the impact of each linguistic variable in the research result, pointing out how company X can use the information obtained to improve the structure of its Logistics Process, thus reducing the lack of material in stock due to the lead time. With the reference this scenario, this work brings a methodology of analysis of the risk of R&DI (Research, Development and Innovation) projects, using the fuzzy mathematical model, developed in an organization whose core business is the research and development of new technologies. This analysis occurs through the development of linguistic variables (input), with the aim of identifying measure the degree of risk in projects. After the determination of the guidelines to be followed, it was possible to obtain results that demonstrate that the developed fuzzy model can assist in the identification and prioritization of the variables that increase the degree of risk of technologies development projects. Tais embalagens consolidaram-se como recurso preferido no tocante ao transporte e comercialização de produtos uma vez que possuem alta resistência mecânica e geometria projetada para garantir alto desempenho. Desta forma, é necessário garantir a qualidade de uma embalagem até o cliente final. Neste sentido, a fórmula de McKee é um dos mecanismos de cálculo mais conhecidos entre os projetistas da atualidade para o cálculo da resistência ao empilhamento de embalagens associando às definições dos parâmetros de compressão. Assim, neste trabalho, propomos um modelo computacional baseado em Lógica Fuzzy que visa acelerar o processo de tomada de decisão sobre a qualidade da caixa considerando os parâmetros que compõem o cálculo teórico de resistência à compressão desenvolvido por McKee. Nossa abordagem se mostrou eficaz uma vez que foi possível validar a qualidade da caixa com o uso da Lógica Fuzzy. 14	APPLICATION OF THE SIX SIGMA METHODOLOGY AND USE OF THE DMAIC METHOD TO REDUCE THE LOSS RATE OF ALUMINIUM CANS IN A BEVERAGE INDUSTRY TO REDUCE OPERATIONAL COSTS: CASE STUDY: LATAX REFRIGERANTES LTDA João Felipe Silva dos Santos;Jandecy Cabral Leite	Turma 1	2020	APPLICATION OF THE SIX SIGMA METHODOLOGY AND USE OF THE DMAIC METHOD TO REDUCE THE LOSS RATE OF ALUMINIUM CANS IN A BEVERAGE INDUSTRY TO REDUCE OPERATIONAL COSTS: CASE STUDY: LATAX REFRIGERANTES LTDA Resumo Introduction: Six Sigma is an internationally recognized tool widely used in the identification and implementation of improvements in internal processes of an organization, aiming to obtain lower operating costs and, consequently, increase profit margins. During the application of this tool it is necessary to follow a defined sequence of steps and to establish quantified objectives. Objective: This study demonstrates how the application of the tool can assist in reducing operational costs by reducing losses of cans in the production process through cause analysis and implementation of action plans in a production line of soft drinks in aluminum cans in a beverage industry. Methodology: In the application of this study, steps of the DMAIC methodology were followed, where statistics tools were used to DEFINE the problems and identify the improvements, MEASURE during the phases of getting results, ANALYZE the collected data into useful information for decision making, IMPLEMENT the actions proposed in an action plan based on the previous steps and finally CONTROL the processes so that continuous improvement is a living cycle within the institution. Result/Discussion: The six sigma team of this project, applying VOC - Voice of Customer, Snake Diagram and SIPOC methodologies, could interact with internal customers about the soft drink bottling processes in aluminium cans, as well as the other processes that interact among themselves and how this industrialization process is inserted in the context of the organization as a whole. Conclusion: After the full implementation of the actions proposed by the six sigma team of this project, the objective was met. In comparison with the previous measured period, the analyzed process reduced the average percentage of can losses from 0.53% to 0.26% after the implemented actions. Thus, the financial contribution of the project to the company was an average annual operating cost reduction on aluminum can waste from $13,596 to $6,670, resulting in a loss reduction of $6,926 for the company. In this article, it was sought to propose productive scenarios through simulation that aims to eliminate the presence of non-compliant products due to the use of flux NC215 in the wave soldering process and to increase the productive capacity for production of remote controls in a company located in the Industrial Pole of Manaus/AM, identify the best proposed scenario from the use of computer simulation with Flexsim software. Data was collected regarding the current production process. The computational model built, was verified and validated successfully in comparison with data from the real process. Through the results obtained by the computational simulation it was possible to identify the best proposed scenario. The use of this method in the manufacturing process is a strategic factor for the competitive companies, whose focus seeks to meet the customers with an appropriate cost to the market requirements, considering that the existing processes related to the manufacture of a finished product have their variability. Objective: This study aimed to present the application of Lean Six Sigma tools, describe the use of the DMAIC model and demonstrate its application in the process of syrup and filling of beverage in one of the companies of Simões Group, as well as demonstrate the results obtained with the reduction of production cost by reducing the loss of sugar. Methodology: The technique applied in this study followed the steps of DMAIC methodology, where statistical tools were used to DEFINE the objective, the scope and the main steps of the project and to delimit the problem, to MEASURE the current performance of the process and to reduce the problem area, to ANALYZE the potential root causes and confirm them with data to determine the opportunities for improvement, to IMPLEMENT the process improvements by developing and testing solutions that address the root causes and finally to CONTROL the processes to maintain the gains and the transition to full implementation. Result/Discussion: This project had a team that applying VOC methodologies - Voice of Customer, identification of the Critical Attributes for the Quality of the customer - CTQs (Critical to Quality), Serpent Diagram and SIPOC, were able to collect with the internal customers information about the processes of manufacturing of simple syrup, final syrup and filling of drinks in PET bottles, as well as others related to the theme. Conclusion: It was possible to determine and quantify the main process wastes after the total implementation of the actions proposed by the six sigma team, having reached the objective of this project. By comparing the sugar loss with the previous period measured, the analyzed process reduced the average percentage of losses from 2.02% to 0.07% after the implemented actions. Thus, there was a financial contribution of the project to the company with the average annual production cost reduction on sugar waste from $26,056 to $862, resulting in a loss reduction of $25,194 for the company. With this, the research carried out in a watch factory X, served to analyze the factors that contribute to the performance and analysis of an international supplier in the year 2019 and 2020, and to reach this objective it was necessary to raise the rejected parts indicators in the process of inspection of receiving process and assembly, as well as the rejection replacement service deadline process in order to evaluate the supplier's performance. The need to carry out this analysis, arose through the experience of one of the members of the group, who works at the company, therefore, this article may contribute to maximize the managers' decision making regarding the approval or disqualification of suppliers to produce watches. A quantitative approach, aiming to measure the variables, the procedure for data collection was through excel spreadsheet documents compiled from the SAP program. At the end of this research, improvement actions were suggested for the company according to the application of the supplier evaluation by the fuzzy logic method. The results achieved in this article, aim to work on the evaluation method and thus try to reduce the losses that generate losses with the process of waiting for information to be collected for decision making. Currently, the companies of this sector do not have an information or intelligent system that allows this data processing, neither the expert systems embedded in hardware to collect data from the manufacturing process of the electronic meter DOW1310L. Considering that the integration of cyber-physical Systems, Intelligent Systems and AI are requirements for the company to increase the maturity of its process according to Ordinance No. 2.091-SEI, of September 17, 2018, it is necessary to develop this project aiming at cost reduction and product quality. The objective of the article is to develop an Intelligent System of Lean Manufacturing capable of promoting the integration of communication to support decision making when using Production Control processes, to ensure product quality, reducing production cost. The materials resulted in the following forms: Cutting Sequence, Z-Safety, Material Thickness, Relief Dimension, Simulation Block Dimensions and Simulation Relief Resolution. However, the company, in its electronic meter manufacturing process, does not have technologies that allow the implementation of this methodology, which brings the need for investment in this project, which has as main objective to develop an Intelligent System of Lean Manufacturing based on the requirements of a Manufacturing Execution Systems - MES, which allows or assists the decision-making process regarding Production Control and Management, through technologies such as: Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things and Embedded Systems, aiming to reduce production costs and product quality. To achieve this objective, the following goals must be performed: Mapping of the requirements of the electronic meter production process, list the parameters of the manufacturing process to analyze and define the requirements for the Intelligent System that uses Artificial Intelligence algorithms, identify the bottlenecks of in such a way that it is possible to make improvements in the electronic meter manufacturing process, develop communication models using Program Application Interfaces - API together with Embedded Systems for data collection, develop the Intelligent System to transform data into real-time information with reports and scenario projections to identify failures or possible improvements with process statistics, validate the Intelligent System requirements to adapt the production control and management module in line with manufacturing and implement the system observing the test period. As an execution method, the PMBOK project management methodology will be used to guarantee deliveries in each phase, observing the incremental cycle for software development, for the development of the Intelligent System, the Django Pyhton framework will be used, in such a way that it meets the need accessibility and portability between different platforms, this framework will use the Front-End and Back-End stack Engines for data communication, three-layer design architecture and MVC pattern, encryption for sending and receiving data, Bootstrap for designing the interaction interfaces, Vue JS to create the interface events and Blade to integrate the models provided by the Back-End to the Front-End in an easy and productive way. The embedded systems for the electronic devices will be developed in C language through the VSCode environment, together with the communication interfaces. Finally, it is expected that the project meets the company's needs, that it improves the manufacturing process of the electronic meter by using the Intelligent System that uses Artificial Intelligence algorithms to generate results that determine viable solutions through previously programmed scenarios, which meet the demand to increase the maturity level of the process as it uses Industry 4.0 methods and technologies. Of course, there are other themes for competitiveness to be obtained in all fields; however, the focus on the ESG issue is another indication of how much the theme “sustainability” has gained more and more relevance in the market and consequently in business. In fact, the environmental issue was cited as one of the main points of concern for today's society in the most recent edition of the Global Risks Report, by the World Economic Forum (WEF), which highlighted issues such as extreme weather events, failures in negotiations regarding climate, environmental damage, and loss of biodiversity as major threats. In addition to the environmental aspect, society has also shown itself to be increasingly concerned with social and governance values. Socially, it has become essential to ensure a diverse corporate environment. More transparency and honesty in business began to be valued. Thus, the three pillars of competitiveness are basically focused on: Environmental protection, social responsibility, and economic success (Governance). In order to achieve all pillars, it is necessary to comply with standards established for large leading organizations in the market, to meet standards, laws, and data protection. In this context, norms and rules are presented to companies that aim to maintain compliance with these in order to obtain increasingly required certifications. Within the context discussed above, this work deals specifically with the ISO 50001 Standard - Energy Management System, where a process is described that aims to scientifically record and analyze the events that occur during the processes of monitoring energy consumption by electrical equipment significant energy use (SEU) as part of the standard certification process. During the process, all tools applied to develop the work were used such as: Strategic Planning, PDCA, Swot Matrix, and Hoshin Plan. The need is detailed in the organizational strategic planning and continues to be deployed in the organization. As a final result, the objective is to obtain certification in the standard with the understanding and fulfillment of all the items in question within the planned period. This case study that portrays the certification process of an electronics company in the Energy Efficiency Management System standard is of fundamental importance for bringing results to the organization in terms of reducing energy consumption and impact on the environment, and for improvements arising. The methodology used in the company was based on the energy diagnosis of the organization and using the PDCA method. The objective of the article is also to demonstrate, at the end, the level of knowledge of employees for the development that involves Energy Management after the organization's certification, done through field research. With the use of operational parameters, the model presents itself as an alternative to conventional monitoring methods, allowing to infer the corrosion rate in the pipeline, and therefore, the corrosivity potential. The model was applied to an oil pipeline and its results were compared with conventional monitoring methods. The analysis of the results concluded that the model can be used as a monitoring method for pipelines with those predominant corrosion mechanisms, helping to manage the integrity of oil pipelines. In this sense, the general objective of this research seeks to point out through a case study how the use of DMAIC within a company in the manufacturing sector of other assorted electrical equipment and components, evaluating the high failure rate in the heat sink screwing process, can be an effective tool to leverage and improve the processes, thus resulting in greater profitability. Thus, the specific objectives seek to present and conceptualize what is quality management, conceptualize what is production management and how the application of its primary principles result in advantages for an effective production management, elucidate what and how a process mapping occurs in accordance with the process engineering, To present and conceptualize what the continuous improvement of processes is and what its main tools are, to conceptualize what the DMAIC methodology is, and finally, to conduct a case study in a company that produces and supplies automotive parts, pointing out how the use of DMAIC can be a great differential, in order to reduce failures in production processes and leverage profitability. In order to reach the objectives, bibliographical research was carried out to survey the theoretical basis and, subsequently, a case study was applied in Company X. The research was carried out in the premises of a company in the electronics segment, located in the Industrial Pole of Manaus (PIM), with the cause and effects diagram it was verified that machines, labor, method and material are the main causes for the high setup time. The initial SMED action plan defines eleven actions related to machines, labor and method in order to reduce the line setup time. The application of the SMED method was implemented based on the original method presented by Shigeo Shingo (1985). The study has three stages, the identification of industrial wastes, the SMED analysis; and the action plan implementation. Materials and Methods: Software (Auto card Simulation); Polyester Tapes; Steel plates S72; Conductor wires (Copper and Aluminum); Transfer Tweezers; Digital caliper; Ohmmeter; Continuity Test. Methods: Preparation of the area considering situations that should be in accordance with the standard, including: the installation and layout of machinery and equipment that employees handle during the execution of tasks, for excução and implementation of new layout was used Simulation Auto card, given the safety standards applied to NR-12, such as escape route and standards in force, spacing area for transit of operator and equipment. Results: Some of the operations in its production process are: Operating mainly in the capital goods sector with solutions in electrical machinery, automation and paints, for various sectors, including infrastructure, steelmaking, pulp and paper, oil and gas, mining, among many others. The Organization stands out in innovation by constantly developing solutions to meet the major trends in energy efficiency, renewable energy and electric mobility. With industrial operations in 19 countries and commercial presence in over 38 countries. Implementation of process and improvement programs, among other Kaizen programs. Within the company, the Productivity Kaizen project in the Plant's winding and manual inserting centers was developed in the Manual Inserting Work Center in Brazil, Manaus. The company decided to start implementation on desaturation loss reduction in the winding and manual inserting work centers in Factory I, it is proposed to unify the winding, manual inserting and insulating material preparation work centers. Conclusion:This research aims to present through the application of the lean manufacturing tool, integrated with computer simulation, the various options for improvement and loss reduction that a manufacturing process can obtain. This result was achieved through the use of several tools that allowed the positive simulation. From the tools such as the spaghetti graph, a simulation was generated that allowed it to be used as a model for other areas of the Organization, with Global highlight of other Sites of the company, with recognition by the board of the head office. Global Perspectives for Production Engineering Manaus, AM, Brazil, the results achieved ensured a 30% average reduction in handling time, this change will bring positive impacts such as - Ergonomics: decrease in the paths, providing more safety and faster transitions. Resumo Background: Industries are increasingly specializing in the financial and production sector, aided by general accounting and, especially, cost accounting. Even increasing the degree of complexity of specialized employees, cost accounting in relation to its apportionment criteria is always a challenge. Companies find it very difficult to correctly determine the unit cost of the product or service being offered. And it is precisely at this moment that cost accounting proves to be useful and indispensable. Cost apportionment is one of the branches of industrial accounting and it is a subject that seems to be simple to understand, however, it becomes more complex during your daily practices. This work aims to develop a classification model for decision making based on Fuzzy Logic for diagnosing production performance with a focus on financial improvement based on the optimization of cost apportionment. In this context, the work is justified by pointing out a new perspective of analysis through production and financial indicators implemented in a Fuzzy interference model with the objective of optimizing the apportionment criteria and proposing financial improvements. Materials and Methods: The Methodological Process of the research was developed in three phases: 1. Identification of Economic and Production Indicators; 2. Modeling of the Fuzzy “Inference” System; 3. Proposed Model Experiment. Each phase consists of three stages until reaching the results obtained from the research. The proposed Fuzzy system was able to show the different performance results when simulated with the different conditions of the input variables and which the projected performance classification could be defined. Results: The model resulted in 576 inference rules for analysis. In one of these analyses, I specify analysis 291 according to table 8 of this article, considering the indicator of Overall Labor Effectiveness “Good”, Overall Equipment Effectiveness “Bad”, Contribution Margin “Good”, Breakeven Point “Good” and Liquidity Current “Good”, the performance of the product is considered “Medium”. With a bad EGE, it is difficult to properly monitor production efficiency to a satisfactory degree, but you can maintain a standard production pace due to the good results of other indicators. Conclusion: In this way, the Fuzzy system helps to guide us in which costing method we should adjust the worked product so that it can generate profitability within the industry and better profit margin, allowing a more critical analysis in internal decision-making. Muito tem sido discutido em conferências, periódicos científicos e outros meios, mas ainda há grande oportunidade para novas pesquisas e soluções. Este artigo buscar e conhecer o uso de resíduos de pneus inservíveis como matéria-prima secundária para processos industriais, de acordo com a legislação brasileira. Trata-se de uma revisão exploratória, ancorada na pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, fundamentada em artigos, publicações científicas relevantes e em documentos oficiais que tratam dos resíduos sólidos no Brasil, além de relatórios estatísticos de instituições, associações e empresas que tratam sobre o tema. Os resultados encontrados revelam que os pneus inservíveis têm sido usados como matéria-prima secundária em processos industriais, por meio de diferentes alternativas de destinação na industrialização de novos produtos, cujos processos industriais utilizam-se da trituração, reforma, granulação, regeneração da borracha ou desvulcanização, coprocessamento, laminação e pirólise; como é o caso de empresas de industrialização do xisto e das empresas que utilizam pneus inservíveis na confecção de artefatos de borracha, na construção civil e pavimentação asfáltica.O estudo conclui que a legislação brasileira, principalmente a Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos (PNRS) por meio da logística reversa, possibilita o uso de resíduos de pneus inservíveis como matéria-prima secundária em processos industriais de outros produtos, contribuindo com a diminuição dos impactos negativos socioambientais e problemas de saúde pública causados pelo descarte inadequado desses resíduos. This results in low productivity, disorganized feeders and delays in getting ready to change models. In this context, this study aims to implement lean production principles to improve the assembly process and identify the root causes of existing problems. Materials and methods: In this study, lean production tools and methodologies were applied to analyze and improve the process of automatic insertion of SMT components. Data were collected on the different models and configurations used, in addition to information on the particularities of the process. The analysis was performed using graphs and tables to present the results obtained. Results: The results required by the application of lean production methodologies brought significant improvements to the process of automatic insertion of SMT components. It was possible to identify and solve the root causes of problems related to disorganization of assembly machines. Comparative data across different models and configurations provides valuable insights to improve process efficiency and productivity. Conclusion: Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the application of lean production tools and methodologies is effective in improving the process of automatic insertion of SMT components. The identification of the root causes of the problems and the implementation of improvement proposals resulted in greater organization, increased productivity and reduced preparation times for changing models. O Capítulo I começa com uma introdução que apresenta a problemática a ser tratada, quais os tipos de códigos de barras adotado na empresa, aborda as ferramentas da qualidade que foram utilizadas como apoio na busca da solução do problema e ainda o objetivo geral e os específicos que foram definidos pelos pesquisadores. O Capítulo II apresenta de forma breve a metodologia que foi aplicada para o desenvolvimento deste trabalho, o conceito de eficiência e a eficácia no sistema de produção, detalha as ferramentas da qualidade utilizadas (PDCA, Brainstorming, 5 Porquês, Diagrama de Ishikawa, 5W2H) para encontrar uma solução viável para o problema a ser tratado. Aborda os tipos de códigos de barras mais utilizados, bidimensional e linear entre outros, suas composições estruturais, os processos de codificação e decodificação, o dígito verificador e os métodos que cobrem a detecção digitação incorreta. O Capítulo III apresenta uma proposta de solução para a empresa, tendo como base uma vasta detalhada análise do fluxograma de cada área envolvida no processo de impressão e utilização das etiquetas com código de barras, os materiais utilizados no processo de impressão, quais sistemas de informação são utilizados assim como o layout e o método utilizado para a impressão. The quality tools facilitate the resolution of problems that interfere with the good performance of the process, product, or service and enable the continuous improvement of the processes, contributing to the scrap reduction and increasing customer satisfaction and reducing the costs of non-conforming materials. The objective of this study is to reduce financial losses associated with scrap generation through the introduction of quality tools applied to the production process in the automated teller machine industry. Materials and Methods: The research methodology used was the case study applied in company of Manaus Trade Zone. A literature review was conducted regarding the most relevant quality tools to solve problems used currently in the industry. Process mapping (flow chart) and brainstorming were used to identify the bottlenecks that prevent the scrap reduction. Furthermore, pareto Diagram, trend Graph, scatter diagram, 5 Whys Analysis and 5W2H were employed in this study. Results: Through the Pareto diagram it was possible to identify the card reader was the main cause of rejection, and along with 7 other items accounted for 78% of the 2018 and 2019 rejection costs. By using the 5W2H tool, it was possible to implement action plans to solve the problems identified, which generated a significant reduction of the rejection costs raised in 2020. Conclusion: The results pointed out that the quality tools are effective for identifying causes and solving problems related to scrap. The research targeted a company from the Manaus Free Trade Zone, Amazonas, having as a starting point the finding that there is a logistical bottleneck, with rising supply costs, making material planning even more critical for ensuring an optimal level of production with adequate control of the costs involved. Based on this problem, the following guiding question of the research was elaborated: which “maketo-order” process can be more suitable for company “X”, allowing it to balance costs with freight and stock, and at the same time serve the customer on the promised date? Thus, the general objective of the research was defined to propose a logistic management model that allows the optimization of the supply flow in the automation sector of a company in the Industrial Pole of Manaus, based on the cost of stock, time for the acquisition of raw material and the cost of transportation to the plant, with the following specific objectives: to describe the deficiencies of the current logistics management system in the automation sector of company “X”; propose a new management model, focusing on a point of balance between acquisition costs, transport of inputs to the industrial plant in Manaus and storage, and demonstrate how the proposed method can result in competitive improvements for this organization. Em 2021, a região recebeu mais de 53 bilhões de reais em mercadorias (SUFRAMA, 2022), o que, juntamente com sua vasta extensão territorial e infraestrutura precária, apresenta desafios logísticos que dificultam a fiscalização e tornam a região propensa a fraudes fiscais, como o desvio de mercadorias e o uso indevido de incentivos fiscais. Essas práticas ilegais prejudicam a economia local e nacional e podem prejudicar a imagem da autarquia. O projeto é composto por três pilares: comercial, agropecuário e industrial (REY e JÚNIOR, 2019). Com isso em mente, este trabalho propõe um aplicativo que utiliza tecnologias de informação para aumentar a eficiência e segurança do processo de fiscalização de mercadorias. Dividiu-se os trabalhos em três etapas: Elicitação dos requisitos; Elaboração do protótipo; Levantamento dos pontos de função e estudo de viabilidade e o aplicativo utilizará tecnologias embarcadas, como a Optical Character Recognition (OCR) e a Geolocalização, permitindo que os próprios destinatários das mercadorias realizem o procedimento de vistoria física de forma segura. Foram elicitados os requisitos funcionais e não funcionais do aplicativo e as telas das interfaces foram elaboradas no software FIGMA. Também foi realizada uma análise do potencial ganho de produtividade do controle de mercadorias, onde foi verificado que apenas com medicamentos e veículos, foi possível aumentar a produtividade quantitativa das vistorias físicas em 7,5%, passando dos atuais 2,5% definidos como meta institucional para quase 10% do total dos valores das notas fiscais registradas na autarquia. Além de melhorar a eficiência do processo de fiscalização na ZFM, o aplicativo alcançará 100% da área de controle cobrindo todos os 157 municípios incentivados da região. Atualmente, apenas 11 cidades têm sedes administrativas e vistorias físicas (Suframa, 2022). Foi constatado que o baixo investimento necessário para o desenvolvimento do aplicativo, em comparação com a contratação de servidores para realizar o mesmo número de vistorias físicas, é vantajoso pela sua economicidade. In this context, the private hospital in Manaus is with an interest in measuring its quality, placing itself as an object of study, in order to know: the quality of the services offered by the Hospital in the view of the clients, identifying the relevant positive and negative aspects for that the Hospital can act more precisely on the points that allow it to achieve excellence in customer service and acquire more competitiveness. Materials and Methods: This reality dictates the need to create effective methods to meet the demand for quality in hospital services. In response, the purpose of this study arises to create a quality assessment model using the Fuzzy inference system, based on the studies by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry, in 1994, who developed the SERVQUAL scale, an efficient instrument to assess the quality of services with evaluative diagnosis of quality that are important and followed until today. Results: For this, a model was developed to evaluate the quality of private hospital services in Manaus. The questionnaire was used as data collection techniques, as determined by the SERVQUAL scale, which generated variables that were used for Fuzzy Inference in the Matlab R16 Student software. It is considered one of the branches that demonstrates the expansion and wealth of a country, where social housing is directly linked to socioeconomic development. According to the IBGE, in 2020, Manaus had 653,618 homes, of which 348,618 are classified as subnormal agglomerations, that is, stilt houses and unhealthy occupations and/or difficult to access. It can be said that one of the major obstacles to the construction of low-income housing is the lack of predictability of the behavior of costs during the execution of the work. This factor is even more pronounced in subdivisions and housing complexes, that is, in mass production, due to quantity. In order to mitigate these challenges, a tool was developed, based on the concepts of RNA - Artificial Neural Network, which compiles 2 civil construction price databases and predicts the cost of popular housing based on the value of the main inputs. This network seeks to estimate the cost per square meter of construction of popular housing in the city of Manaus. MATLAB® software was used, where data from the CUB and INCC databases were compiled. The inputs used were those contained in the so-called “basic batch”, recommended by the CUB. Quickly and practically without cost, the developed tool can predict the price of the square meter of popular housing, in the city of Manaus, from the stipulation of the inputs. RNA was able to present a very strong correlation in the sources of its sample space, thus demonstrating that the databases, despite presenting different data collection and treatment, in addition to being elaborated by different institutes, present compatibility in their databases, which is reflected in the veracity and reliability of the data collected and processed. After estimating several statistical indices, it is clearly noted that this is a tool that has proven to be efficient and safe for estimating future costs. Background: The final cost of a work is one of the determining factors for carrying it out, especially in the more popular classes, where money is scarcer and any financial estimation errors can make the completion of the building unfeasible. In Brazilian territory, there are databases that predict the cost for the present, but none that estimate the cost for the future. This study develops an RNA to simulate the future value of a popular building in the city of Manaus. Materials and Methods: In this study, two databases were used as a national recognition database: the CUB and the INCC. The reference values were extracted from the databases, in monthly cadence, during the period from July 2009 to May 2022, to obtain an arithmetic medium for each item, thus allowing RNA simulation to predict the value of the square meter of the house. Results: Values for: MSE, NRMSE, MAPE, SER, MAE, RMSE, Medium Percent Error, and Pearson Correlation. All show adequate and correlated results. However, it can be stated that the most expressive result was the MSE, which was 91.14%, characterizing a well-adjusted RNA. Conclusion: The correlation between the data in the two databases was 91.14%, enabling the simulation of an artificial neural network with data from different sources and good accuracy. The present work deals with the management in Protestant Christian religious institutions, which are also producers of solid waste and, therefore, deserve to be studied scientifically, in order to answer the following guiding question: Solid waste management in Protestant Christian institutions in the city of Manaus asserts itself as an effective instrument for the concept of sustainability? The main purpose objective of this work is to evaluate how Protestant Christian religious institutions act in the management of solid waste, identifying if such these institutions do any kind of management of this generated waste, in order to monitor how it is done using quality management tools, methodology and analysis of the results achieved. The applied methodology will be descriptive, through observation, registration, analysis and correlation of the object or facts under study, however, without manipulating them. With the information collected from selected churches in all areas of the city, in equal quantity and, through a practical formulary and checklist based on Brazil’s the National Policy on Solid Waste (PNRS), it will be possible to build a DMAIC framework and sequentially apply the GUT tool, to notes on of the most urgent problems. The results of these notes will be put into the PDCA cycle for improvement planning and, finally, the 5W2H will be used to propose improvements, which will facilitate observation, data collection and analysis of the information obtained. The survey results showed a great possibility of these Christian communities to serve as environmental schools, and that if it would be carried out, could bring a real mass awareness of society, thanks to its enormous scope. This type of photographic industry has environmental aspects in all its production processes, including those that only benefit the already emulsified photographic papers, transforming them into sizes and formats necessary for later use in photo printing laboratories. From this perspective, the problem to be investigated in this dissertation was limited to emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG) in scope 1 and 2, using the protocol of the Brazilian GHG Protocol Program (PBGHGP) thus enabling the inventory of data and the estimation of the total GHG emission in a native industry of photographic paper processing. 5	ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT OF HEALTH SERVICE WASTE: A CASE STUDY OF A UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL IN MANAUS/AM Maria do Carmo Costa Silva;Paola Souto Campos;Marcelo Franklin de Almeida	Turma 01	2021	ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT OF HEALTH SERVICE WASTE: A CASE STUDY OF A UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL IN MANAUS/AM Resumo The health waste management activity, whose steps range from the identification of generation sites to the environmentally appropriate final disposal, requires appropriate planning, where each step of the process needs to be performed properly to ensure worker safety and mitigate the impacts generated to the environment allied to the hospital costs. Current legislation, such as: Law 6.938/81, which deals with the National Environmental Policy, Resolution 222/2018, Law 12.305/2010, which establishes the National Policy on Solid Waste (PNRS), among others, guide this process. The general purpose of this case study is to analyze the current process of management and treatment of waste from the health service of the Hospital Universitário Getúlio Vargas (HUGV). To achieve these results, a quantitative/qualitative, exploratory descriptive research was carried out on the HUGV Waste Management Plan. The information was collected through an Observational Roadmap of the Current Flow, based on the ANVISA Board Resolution 222/2018. Consistently, the results obtained showed that the hospital cost of waste treatment is directly related to the management of HSW. With this, it was concluded that the management process carried out in the hospital is not fully in accordance with the current legislation, and that this noncompliance results in the high cost for the treatment and final destination of the HSW, demonstrating the importance and the need to update the hospital's PGRSS (Health Services Waste Management Program). The research makes a relevant contribution to the HUGV with suggestions for proposals for improvements in the work of managing HSW. Thus, this research was based on a thorough process of observation, exclusively in the area of performance of the health management of the aforementioned municipality. The development process was carried out from an observational analysis, where the discarding of health supplies used in vaccinations against covid-019 in the year 2021 were realilized. In addition, a literature review was also performed for each of these steps. At the end of this arduous research, it was conclusively perceived the erroneous and harmful way in which the disposal of such solid waste was made, because these materials, soon after their use, were placed in a collection box, together with other sanitary inputs, perhaps the latter with the possibility of reuse or recycling, which would bring enormous risks to the workers of the UBS before the imminent probability of infection of covid-9. This is Sars-cov-2, which spreads very quickly and is transmitted through the air. The Coronavirus is nothing new to the world and warnings about the risk of pandemics have existed for many years, such as that of the 2013 epidemic, made by the WHO (World Health Organization) at a time when there was already alarm about the potential of this virus to cause outbreaks. Pandemics are nothing new to humanity. They were present at different times in history, and this paper aims to present the link between pandemics and disturbances of the natural environment, with emphasis on zoonoses. Some pandemics and their consequences will be briefly exposed, pointing out parallels between them. The study was carried out through the analysis of scientific articles within the specified topic in journals with a high level of reliability, seeking to understand this phenomenon and how to face them. This paper was written while the world was going through the Sars-cov-19 pandemic and was evolving together with the discoveries made day by day by the scientific world. Goals were defined for this paper, such as studying zoonoses and their forms of transmission, analyzing the human factor and how it impacts the environment, and pointing out solutions to solve these problems. This literature review concludes that when humans invade the natural environment and destroy existing relationships in this place, diseases transmitted from animals or from the environment itself can arise, which may or may not cause new pandemics through zoonoses. Understanding how these SSR are managed and how health professionals are involved in this process can provide a better understanding of how this knowledge directly impacts the better management of the SSR itself, as well as the reduction of environmental impacts from this flow. The objective of the study is to evaluate the knowledge of health professionals on waste management in time of COVID-19. An exploratory, descriptive, cross-sectional, observational study was conducted with 55 health professionals, working in a public hospital in Manaus – Amazonas - Brazil. Were included subjects over 18 years old, working in an institution that dealt with confirmed cases of COVID-19. The instruments used in the data collection were: Questionnaire defining the profile of the participants; Questionnaire evaluating basic knowledge about waste management of health services. The results indicated that the institution of interest has a protocol for the management of residues contaminated by COVID-19 as reported by 50 participants (90.9%), but most do not know what the Health Services Waste Management Plan (56.4%) is, not received training on SRHS (69.1%), not knowing how to classify without difficulty which are the Health Service Residues (54.5%), even performing invasive procedures (87.3%). This excessive amount of waste has been worrisome because, if not properly collected and disposed of, it causes serious consequences to health and the environment. Thus, the reluctance of the non-management of solid waste is numerous and includes environmental, economic, social, and health aspects. In this scenario, it is clear that waste cannot be completely eliminated; however, it is possible to decrease it by reducing the amount of waste and recycling as much as possible. It is true that the ontemporary world is characterized by an almost constant state of crisis, however, to recycle or reuse has the sense to restrain what is used, to limit waste and residues, to protect the environment, to conserve and defend the ecosystem. For this, there is a need to moderate this expressed consumption, not only to use what is necessary, but also to reuse what is possible. The optics of the "3R's" concept aims to contain the ecosystemic shock with applicability to the development of new products. In this sense, it is essential to emphasize education, as an agent of change, for the development of people into informed and active citizens. In view of the above, the objective of this work was to observe, the perception of children in the first year of elementary school about the environment to, subsequently, make them aware in a critical and reflective way of how we relate to each other and how we can improve our environment through the reduction and reuse of waste. The concept of the three Rs in this case study was used therefore, to clarify and promote reflection regarding excessive shopping, the reuse of what would go to waste such as cans, cardboard, bottles among others, and finally, to offer the possibility of converting items no longer used into other creations. This study contributed to the awareness and preservation of the environment and its didactic-pedagogical sequence promoted progression in the visuomotor, motor, motor, playful, affective, and critical-reflexive aspects, for the promotion of the acquisition and strengthening of competencies and skills. A large part of the global concerns is focused on the Amazon, even though it leaves aside almost the entire human contingent that inhabits that space. Except for the Indians. They disregard that many of the harmful environmental impacts are practiced by family farmers because fire is their greatest technology and, in many cases, the only one. Therefore, the management of this territory must create mechanisms and instruments capable of promoting the region's sustainable development, bringing together environmental and social interests, which only can be done through laws. The Rural Environmental Registry (CAR, acronym in Portuguese) aims to implement sustainable public policies. Thus, this literature review study aims to show CAR's contribution to family farmers operating in the State of Amazonas from a legal and environmental point of view. The results show that a) it is necessary to know the main legal aspects of the CAR to understand its environmental importance, b) knowing each of the steps in the preparation of the registry allows this instrument to fulfill its environmental mission as a result of legal discipline, c) the simplification of the regime granted to family farmers and similar populations allows the legal requirements to be fulfilled by this essential human contingent in the Amazon and d) the rigorous execution of the CAR allowed for several conflicts of overlapping rural areas to be resolved, which benefited family farmers and populations equivalent, pioneers in these areas. The conclusion states that implementing the Brazilian forest code is essential for family farming agribusiness, requiring technical support. The CAR emerges as a fundamental instrument. FAJARDO Resumo To reduce the risk to health and the environment in the handling of hazardous health waste, it is necessary to develop a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the management of Health Services Waste (RSS) that include ensuring correct disposal practices and packaging of waste. hospital. However, hospital waste can cause serious environmental damage, and are potentially more dangerous because they contain chemical and biological residues. In addition, these residues constitute a danger of harm to people's health. It is pointed out that the general objective is to develop and apply RSS SOP in which it encourages its correct management and know-how among the employees of a children's hospital in Manaus-AM. The methodology applied regarding the approach is qualitative-quantitative data, of the descriptive type, and the research procedures are a case study of the Children’s hospital Dr. Fargado (HIDF). According to data obtained, the RSS from groups A, B and E are the main waste collected in the health unit of the children's care network, and are potentially dangerous because they present a risk to the health of HIDF employees and patients. The research also elaborated and presented a SOP on the management of RSS at Children’s hospital Dr. Fajardo for the outpatient sector. The document consists of information such as: waste classification; symbology; packaging; collection and transport; internal RSS management flow; recommended treatments for health waste; risks associated with accidents; and recommendations on health and safety at work in a health unit. Such data are essential for building meaningful knowledge among all people, including staff and patients, about the risks of HSR. The implementation of the SOP on the management of RSS to HIDF employees took place in September, in which employees gained essential knowledge, since safe waste management protects hospital staff, the public and the local environment. Logistics was in high demanded during this pandemic period, and it was key actor for chain balance, even faced so many challenges. The objective of this case study is to demonstrate the supply chain of an electronics industry in the industrial pole of Manaus, evaluating the scenario before and during the pandemic, its main difficulties, from the shortage of raw materials up to the high costs of international freights. The final good industry is totally dependent on component industries, the complicating factor is that in general the components are supplied by Asia, and arrive in Manaus by sea and air transport. At the height of the pandemic, ports were closed and flights were canceled, causing impacts on the supply chain. Some components are produced by local industries, however they also suffered shortages of virgin raw materials for processing, triggering consequences on the entire supply chain. The method used was a case study, and used a strategic tool such as SWOT analysis, a quality tool such as ISHIKAWA, and a risk mapping tool such as GUT Matrix and 5W2H action plan. Data were collected through interviews, observations and archival information, allowing the researcher free to walk in the direction of construct solutions, with the author's own experience, who works in the area, an important component of contextualizing the research. From the observation of the data, it was evidenced that the analyzed industry started a crisis management, and actions to mitigate and manage the impacts of the pandemic on its logistics chain and despite the challenges faced, the company's business continuity results were achieved, and bringing maturity to the integrated logistics chain management process. Therefore, the objective of this study is the implementation of a process model of application of the compliance program and the security of information and data of the company that is of fundamental importance for the acceptance of products or services in the market where they operate, as well as business continuity. The study began with the problem that the failure of communication in the company during internal and external changes can negatively affect the company's results and the conduct of employees. For this, the Inductive Method was elected and thus used a strategic tool such as SWOT analysis, a 5W2H activity mapping tool and PDCA action plan. Thus, the present study can be considered exploratory, of an applied and qualitative nature, in two aspects, bibliographic research and case study. The Research will be by observation and comparison with bibliographic research through a sample of facts identified in the company and reports of employees from various departments, of facts already occurred. Data collection was through meeting and interviewing with the professionals of the companies, reporting on the importance of the theme. We sought to know how to improve communication between the purchasing department with the other departments of the company and with the companies that maintain relationships. The results showed the main tools and compliance mechanism, proposing actions that can be used in practice with the purpose of providing a broad view of the operation of the proposed model, with transparency and ethics, thus increasing the competitiveness of the business. The aims were all focused on developing pedagogical proposals so that the Dessana Tupé-AM community indians get to know the theme of sustainable development and environmental education. It has been used, as methodology, on-site field research which showed the Dessana community inserted in a economic system, that determined social context amendments in this people, making possible service offering, such as turistics visits in village na on their territory, cultural presentations in resorts and in other turísticas spaces, craft selling, with the goal of preserve the culture, the traditional knowledge and sustainability. However, when it comes to environment preservation it is possible noticing that the indian village have not gain yet actions that inform about the existance of material that do not decompose naturally, as the organic products, something learnt with their ancestors experiences. Therefore, it urges Environmental Educational actions to avoid enviromental impacts. From this contexto on, it has been designed a pedagogical proposal with the insertion of a booklet that aims to demonstrate the enviroment education journey and development that intends to contribute with a learning process in a more significant way, for their own contextualization and recognition on the environment they are. Methodology: the methodology used comprises a literature review, where recent works were used in order to expose the current scenario of the Brazilian context, as well as waste management techniques used more widely. Results and Discussion: through the information collected, it was possible to note that Brazil has a high generation of waste, with about 216 tons per day throughout the national territory. In Brazil, the most used form of management refers to the use of sanitary landfills, however, landfills require complex management, in addition to a grandiose strip of land. In this way, solutions such as incineration can contribute to waste management both in Brazil and in the world, since it considerably reduces the volume of wa-ste. Other alternatives reported in this study include bioremediation, recycling and composting. It is also noteworthy that re-cycling, despite being a highly effective method, leads to severe contamination problems, which makes the plants need to have strict controls for cleaning and care, avoiding the contamination of employees. Final considerations: several measures can be adopted, but they must consider the context in which the cities and the respective State are located, in order to obtain lower costs and greater efficiency. The information related to the situation of SDG 6 in the Amazon region is presented and compared with the national realities or other regions of Brazil. To achieve the results, the information National Water and Basic Sanitation Agency (ANA), National Sanitation Information System (SNIS), Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), Institute of Applied Economic Research (Ipea) and National Household Sample Survey (PNAD) were analyzed in the period from 2016 to 2020, with scientific research methods with qualitative and quantitative data that examine the performance of Sustainable Development Goal 6. It was possible to identify that it is necessary to invest in water infrastructure in projects to alleviate the lack of sewage treatment that bothers Amazonian citizens. And the conclusion was that the participation and knowledge of different areas in integrated water management increases the likelihood of achieving the goals of Sustainable Development Goal 6 (SDG) by 2030, because the sustainable development of the country is linked to its population. The general objective of the study is to develop a protocol for an environmental management system based on ISO 14001 standards in a natural gas company in the region of Amazonas-AM. The monitoring data, indicators of the SGA used in this work were collected in a gas pipeline company in the North region, located in Manaus. In the development of this work, the methodology used consists of exploratory, documentary, with quali-quantitative data, where a survey of information about the EMS of the companies and the logistical system used for the execution of the EMS activities was carried out. The information was collected through interviews and questionnaires applied to the company's environmental professionals. It is concluded that in an internal context, the company is well strengthened because within its processes in the value chain, there are well-structured areas such as Social Management, Environmental Management in its licensing, monitoring and environmental auditing segments, which contribute to ensuring legal, contractual and international standardization requirements, such as those of the ISO 14001:2015 standard. However, the work found, in a comparative analysis with other regions, that the region's logistics system is the main challenge for the company that works with natural gas that affects organizational activities and, consequently, its EMS is affected. Resumo BR 319 is a highway of great importance for the state of Amazonas and for other states in the northern region, since the existence of this road directly influences social, economic and environmental aspects of the region. It is noteworthy that many people depend on this highway to move between Manaus and Porto Velho and, consequently, to connect to the rest of the country. This study presents an analysis of the economic and social benefits of the repaving of BR 319 and its respective environmental consequences. On a preliminary basis, it can be said that the reconstruction of the road will contribute to the increase in the generation of jobs and will facilitate the flow of production, favoring regional development. This study also suggests that the reconstruction of the road will result in a reduction in the cost per kilometer traveled, resulting in a decrease in road freight and a reduction in the value of bus tickets between Manaus and Porto Velho. The loss, degradation of natural habitats, fauna trampling, chemical pollution, anthropic invasion and the increase in violence were some of the negative impacts raised in this work. For this, a balance of living beings and the environment is necessary through environmental awareness. The research objectives are to obtain the profile of the analyzed schools, observing how EE is applied in the public network of the municipality, in order to create a manual of practices of applicability of Environmental Education in schools. The research was carried out in thirteen public schools in the city of Itacoatiara/Am. Authorizations were obtained for the visits, observing how the theme is applied in schools and whether they have environmental projects. After the visits, an online questionnaire was applied to teachers and students to detect the qualities and deficiencies of the schools. Finally, the profile of the schools was obtained in order to develop an interdisciplinary application manual in schools in the Amazon. As a result, it was found that public schools are more prepared to work on these themes, and in support of pedagogical resources, given the lack of municipal schools, which, in addition to the lack of material, do not have the application of environmental projects as in state schools in that all apply at least one. All teachers are interested in working in an interdisciplinary way, as the topics are only worked in the classroom and according to the students' results, they are not attractive. It is concluded that there are many deficiencies that need to be corrected, be they structural, pedagogical and material that could benefit the teaching of EE, and thus, make the practices more attractive to the students. The student is encouraged to take an active and responsible stance in their learning process, seeking selfregulation and meaningful learning. Learning methods and techniques that stimulate student-teacher and student-student interaction, teaching materials and resources and handouts, almost always, in collaborative learning, taking the student to be responsible for the construction of their knowledge. Based on this premise, we will present a qualitative research and significant results. It was found that the methodologies used are oriented according to child-centered learning theories. In this investment in the deaf and their registration, student, context, thus, the service to useful services for stimulation and development is essential. Based on the evaluation of the results by the applicability of the environment themes obtained in the school routine, and the uses of active methodologies, to propose a new method of study to train deaf students. We will seek the best way to work as methodologies in the training of the deaf subject. It was verified the use of the methodologies that motivate the use of the methodologies that motivate the use of their disks and the direction of solutions to make an impasse and promote their development, which is an adequate and necessary instrument for a new learning. It is concluded that the teaching and learning process with deaf students still lacks research opportunities aimed at the adoption of new techniques that favor learning at better levels of qualification for the child. Objetivou-se avaliar os impactos causados pelo despejo de efluentes não tratados no rio Negro; proceder a análises microbiológicas de amostras de água de vários pontos da orla de Manaus, bem como de igarapés (pequenos afluentes do Rio Negro), a fim de avaliar a saúde desses corpos hídricos, e o avanço de sua poluição atualmente, comparando os resultados obtidos com os limites permitidos na legislação vigente; analisar a possibilidade do despejo de águas residuais não tratadas diretamente no rio Negro, principalmente do uso do emissário subfluvial, sob a ótica de o referido possuir suposta capacidade de autopurificação. Outra meta deste estudo é propor a atualização do Plano Municipal de Saneamento Básico da cidade de Manaus, principalmente no que diz respeito ao estabelecimento de prazo máximo para que se atinja uma porcentagem satisfatória no acesso da população à coleta e tratamento de esgoto na rede municipal. Para tanto, foram coletadas amostras de água de cinco pontos da cidade e realizadas análises de caracterização microbiológica. Foi possível depreender com os resultados, que é evidente a poluição nos igarapés na orla de Manaus, considerando que em todos os cinco pontos avaliados foi constatada a presença de microrganismos prejudiciais à saúde humana, muito em razão do recebimento de despejo desordenado de efluentes. Through their studies and increasingly accurate forecasts, we can reduce the impacts related to floods, environmental disasters, and losses in the agricultural and tourism sectors. However, climate change has made the analysis of this variable difficult. In this article we will present an hourly rain forecast model using Artificial Neural Networks, using the information on instantaneous, maximum and minimum temperature, relative humidity, wind, and precipitation through the automatic weather stations of the Instituto Nacional de Meteorologia, located in the city from Manaus/AM. First, a study was carried out to determine the network architecture best suited to the data set. Numerous combinations between the training and transfer functions were performed until finding the functions that presented the best error values. The predictions made with the model showed satisfactory results, showing that the model was able to reproduce the same behavior of the precipitation observed for the predicted day, presenting practically the same totals, especially on the rainiest days. On the other hand, in cases where the observed showed a characteristic of convective precipitation, the model was not able to capture the intensity, which shows that it must be tested with other atmospheric variables. 26	Use of chirps satellite precipitation in the characterization of the franceses stream Basin, Manaus - State of Amazonas - Brazil Gustavo Augusto Lourenço Alves;Alexandra Amaro de Lima;Andreia Rodrigues Gomes;Sabrina Paiva Ferreira	TURMA 02-EMA	2022	Use of chirps satellite precipitation in the characterization of the franceses stream Basin, Manaus - State of Amazonas - Brazil Resumo The city of Manaus has numerous waterways in its urban perimeter, and, despite this, there is a shortage of measures aimed at protecting water resources that has generated occupations very close to the riverbeds. This work aims to characterize a watershed in an urban area of Manaus and map the areas subject to flooding around the Franceses Stream. The methodology applied involved obtaining topographic and thematic information such as morphology, geographical location, elevations, extent, area, level curves (water dividers) of the basin, obtained through georeferenced satellite images in a GIS environment.In addition, monthly satellite precipitation via the CHIRPS product was used for the calculations. The physical characteristics of the basin were determined using equations employed in hydrology. The results indicated that the Franceses Stream basin is not subject to major flooding, presenting the following characteristics: compactness coefficient Kc = 5.71; form factor Kf = 0.36; circularity index Ic = 0.03; drainage density Dd = 0.94km-1 . It was also found that, despite the intense occupation, there is preserved vegetation within the basin. It was concluded that the precipitation estimated by CHIRPS is efficient because it has a larger coverage, and that knowing the characteristics of watersheds in urban environments is of great importance to subsidize intervention measures and planning policies that ensure the protection of water resources and minimize inconvenience to the population. It was also found that the use of GIS is an important tool for analyzing information in hydrological studies, and that it needs to become an increasingly applied tool in urban management, so that the knowledge obtained can be used to obtain better environmental and social conditions. This work aims to reduce electricity consumption, increase the duration of climate control devices and improve thermal comfort. To reduce the resources spent on air conditioning, a set of software and hardware was developed, aiming to control, in an automated way, environments with movement of people and with low management of resources, the use of sensors to measure the ambient temperature, control of people and, communication and control of the devices that make the environment climate control. The objective of the article was to develop a prototype of a new polyphase electronic electric energy meter using LoRa network, for remote measurement of energy consumption. The prototype was developed for a company from the Industrial Pole of Manaus (PIM). An Experimental Methodology was used, presenting the model proposal, mechanical base, Terminal Block, Meter Cover, The Terminals, The Electronics, Transmission LoRa Interface, and the Reception LoRa Interface. Data collection was carried out through meetings with company professionals, technical visits, and research on the importance of the topic. The results showed that the main development phases were validated, and that the long-distance meter communication proved to be effective for energy consumption recording, and has potential manufacturing condition. 4	AUTOMATION OF TAMBAQUI FISH POND AERATION FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN THE BRAZILIAN AMAZON Fabio Cavalcante Binatti;Edson Farias de Oliveira;Carlos Alberto Oliveira de Freitas	EFICIÊNCIA ENERGÉTICA E QUALIDADE DE ENERGIA	2022	AUTOMATION OF TAMBAQUI FISH POND AERATION FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN THE BRAZILIAN AMAZON Resumo The increase in the demand for fish highlights the aquaculture potential of the Brazilian Amazon.The high cost of electric energy, lack of technical staff and inexistence of continuous control ofwater quality parameters are some of the factorsthat hinder the growth of this activity. We evaluated two opportunities for automation and optimization in commercial tambaqui farms in ponds in Amazonasstate, Brazil. The first is the manual control and recording of physical-chemical properties of the water, and the second is the high consumption of electricity by the aerators. Thus, we developed a continuous monitoring of water quality parameters, through automatic gauging, using a floating platform with onboard sensors, which was called autonomous experimental station (AES), which controls the startup and shutdown of the aerators according to established parameters, providing oxygen necessary for maintaining fish life, eliminating electricity waste and recording the parameters evaluated. As result, after integrating the AES in excavated tanks, it was possible to reduce 26% in electric energy consumption for adult fish and 52% for juvenile fish, besides registering the values of DO, pH, and temperature, generating savings for the producer and contributing to the sustainability of the activity in the Amazon. In addition to the difficulty and high costs of keeping a city in proper working order, the quality of service provided by electricity concessionaires has low efficiency and high consumption of fossil fuels. In order to contribute to a solution, this work aims to present an alternative developed using the RETScreen Software, through the design of a photovoltaic plant, to meet the energy demands of the municipalities in the state of Amazonas. Through the research, we sought to understand and present the particularities of each proposed chapter and, through computer simulation, to develop a renewable source plant to supply the demand of the municipality of São Gabriel da Cachoeira-AM. Two possibilities of application of the result can be analyzed, where the fulfillment of the demand was carried out in a total and partial way and, with that, obtain satisfactory results such as the reduction of 50% of the consumption of fossil fuel, reduction of 25% to 50 % of emission of polluting gases and to present the potential that the generation of photovoltaic energy has for the Amazon region Palavras-chave: Energy;Photovoltaic;Power plants;RETScreen Link Fechar

Data collection was carried out through a measurement campaign in a 13.8 kV substation that feeds a portion of the companies in the industrial district of the city of Manaus. The objective of this dissertation is to carry out a comparative study of the results of the application of Decision Tree and Simple Linear Regression techniques in the analysis of harmonic impacts in an electrical system. The measurement campaign was carried out for a minimum period of 7 calendar days according to PRODIST. The impact of these harmonics on the electrical system is quite harmful, both for consumers and for utilities. The techniques used in the methodology of this dissertation are the Decision Tree technique, which features the construction of non-parametric models and the Simple Linear Regression technique, which features the construction of parametric models and simple mathematical calculation, easy to interpret and analyze. of data. In this way, this dissertation presented and applied in practice with case studies actions for the analysis of harmonic impacts in electrical energy distribution systems through the construction of mathematical models using Simple Linear Regression analysis and Regression Tree analysis, obtaining important and enlightening results. in the studies carried out, thus validating the techniques applied in the analysis of harmonic impacts in electrical energy distribution systems.
